John is a 28-year veteran in the insurance industry. He holds licenses in Property, Casualty, Life and Health, along with a B.S. Degree in Accounting from Union College. John has more than 400 hours of continuing education representing all lines of insurance. With his accounting and insurance background, John brings a unique ability to the division. He oversees all insurance activities for Whitaker Bank including both in-house and agency production.

Penny, an experienced insurance agent for 18+ years, holds a B.S. Degree in Insurance from Eastern Kentucky University. She is licensed in both Property and Casualty Lines and possesses nearly 240 hours of continuing education. Penny is responsible for all functions of the Insurance Division. She also handles products in both Commercial and Personal Lines.
