  • Access mobile banking with the same login and password that you use for Whitaker electronic Banking (WeB). You must have already set up Whitaker electronic Banking before you are able to access your account with the mobile app. If you have not enrolled yet in WeB, you can enroll online below.

  • You will be asked to answer one of your security questions, just like you do with WeB.
  • Enter the password you use for logging in to WeB.
  • Now you can view all of your accounts, transfer funds, make a loan payment, deposit a check, find locations, contact the bank, and even pay bills through the Whitaker Bank App!

Text Banking

Request and receive your account information via text message! It's convenient, fast, and FREE!

Easily enroll through the app or by visiting your favorite branch. Once you're enrolled, simply text any of the below commands to our Text Banking number, 1 (800) 650-6717. For more information click here!

Commands to Text:

  • Bal - All enrolled balances
  • Bal REFName - REFName account balance
  • HIST - Last 5 transactions on ALL enrolled accounts
  • HIST REFName - Last 5 transactions on REFName account
  • XFER REFName REFName Amt - Transfer from 1st REFName TO 2nd Amount (use exact amount with decimal and cents)   Example: XFER SV1 CK1 10.00 (this would transfer $10 from savings #1 to checking#1)

First time calling? Follow these simple instructions:

Have your account number(s) and PIN handy (Personal Identification Number). The first time you call, your PIN will be the last four digits of the social security number of the person listed first on your monthly banking statement. During this first call, you will be instructed to change your PIN to a new four-digit number. You will not need to change the PIN for each account you have, you can use the same PIN for all of your accounts. It's that easy!
